Review: Seeing Sounds is a good album. We had to search for the gems on this album. But, there are gems on this album. The first single Everyone Nose is an insane hip-hop-rock hybrid jam that starts with the chorus “all the girls standing in the line for the bathroom.” Love Bomb is really good. So is My Drive Through. The absolute best song on the album is Sooner or Later. Spaz is an appropriately-named off-tempo sound fuck. If you can get through the first 1:02 of Time For Some Action, it rides. Yeah You is a slower tempo jazzy-type R&B joint. Don’t miss “Seeing Sounds.” Its far from your average hip-hop fare. No-one Ever Really Dies delivers an album George Clinton is definitely getting funky with. Check it out.
